CITY OF AUSTIN REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Notice is hereby given that the City of Austin Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission”) will hold an Executive Session in accordance with the Indiana Open Door Law, Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5, as follows:

Location: Austin City Hall 82 W. Main St. Austin, Indiana
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Commission will convene in Executive Session pursuant to Indiana Code§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D) to discuss strategy with respect to the potential sale of real property, where such discussion may affect the legal or negotiating position of the Commission. This notice is given pursuant to the Indiana Open Door Law.
